I have successfully made the payment but my order has been cancelled. What to do now?

If the payment has been successfully made with the Whizlabs, then you don’t need to worry at all. You will automatically receive an order confirmation mail from Whizlabs. But in case, we at Whizlabs haven’t received the payment, your order will be cancelled by our side. But still you don’t need to panic, it may occur due to some technical issues at your bank or payment gateway. Your amount is still safe and you will get it refunded in 5-7 working days or earlier (according to the processing time of your bank). But if you have any doubt regarding your payment, you can easily connect with Whizlabs customer support and they will answer your queries.
