How can I get assistance in case I need refund of the duplicate payment made for the same course?

You can contact Whizlabs customer service team to initiate the refund of the duplicate payment made for the same course. You will have to provide the details of the duplicate payment order and the registered email address with which the payment has been made. After your intimation, the refund for the duplicate payments will be made within 7 working days by our finance team.
